Complaints and Suggestions – Patient Guidance
We always strive to provide the highest level of care for all our patients. However, we are also always happy to hear feedback – especially if you think we can improve on the service we provide in any way.
RAISING A COMPLAINT
In the first instance, please raise any issue or complaint with the Clinic.
We aim to have any issues addressed as quickly as possible and sorted as professionally as possible. If you do have any concerns or complaints about the service you’ve received from the Private GP, physiotherapist, massage therapist or other staff working at the Lewin Clinic, please let us know.
We always strive to sort any issues out at the time they arise and with the person concerned. However, if this is not possible and you wish to make a formal complaint, we would ask that you let us know as soon as possible – ideally within a matter of days, so that we can establish exactly what happened, and try to rectify, as quickly as possible
One of our most senior staff members will deal with your complaint. They will explain the procedure to you and ensure your concerns are quickly dealt with.
