Unless otherwise agreed, all business is subject to The Lewin Sports Injury Clinic Ltd terms and conditions. The Lewin Sports Injury Clinic Ltd will be referred to as Lewin Clinic within these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions (“Terms” for short) together with the Privacy Policy set out the rules for your use of this website and services of Lewin Clinic. By accessing this website or using the services at Lewin Clinic, you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree that you are responsible for compliance with local laws that apply to you. Website Booking System

This website uses a website booking system running from website to Cliniko.

Patient Clinical Record Storage

Lewin Clinic stores patient clinical records using the company Cliniko which is our online administration system. They have their own terms and conditions and privacy policies.

Whenever your data is sent, it’s encrypted using HTTPS (end-to-end encryption). Cliniko uses a 2048-bit SSL certification for encryption in transit.

All data is also encrypted at rest and backed up daily, using the industry standard AES-256 encryption algorithm.

Accreditations and Certifications

Cliniko’s hosting partner has achieved the following accreditations and certifications; PCI DSS Level 1 (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System)

Patient Emails

Clinical notes, letters and information pertaining to a patients’ case at Lewin Clinic may be shared via email with practitioners who are also involved in the care of that patient. If patients would prefer that information was not sent via email then there is an option to state this on the consent form at Lewin Clinic, or inform the treating therapist of this.
